SHOULD ONE STRETCH BEFORE OR AFTER A RUN, OR BOTH AND WHAT ARE THE STRETCHING TECHNIQUES THAT SHOULD BE FOLLOWED? It is recommended that stretching or flexibility training be included in exercise rourines for all adults.
