Abstract
Students of Mara Institute of Technology's new School of Art and Design are really proving themselves. Final year students have come up with an exhibition of their ideas - the second of its kind - at the National Art Gallery. It's a fine display of talent- silversmithing and jewellery, industrial design, potery and ceramics, painting and sculpture, graphics, textile and fashion design. Only very few items are for sale. What matters more to the students is selling their ideas.
