Abstract
A recent conference on bridging teh Islam-West divide noted that in many Western Societies Islam is now seen as the greatest threat to democracy, freedom and development. Islamophobia is sweeping many part of Europe and North-America, Fallacies desortions and stereotyping are in vogue.
