Abstract
We want to express our concern about the news report titled "Man loses RM30,000 as cash falls off boot cover, scatters on road" (NST, July 14).The man had been saving the money to buy a car, settle debts and fulfil other obligations.So the sight of people grabbing money they did not earn just makes our blood boil. We are appalled that people would exploit others who are in a vulnerable position.
