Abstract
KENAIKAN beransur-ansur kadar dasar semalaman (OPR) sejak Mei 2022 dijangka memberi kesan kepada aktiviti pasaran hartanah, khususnya permintaan kediaman. Akibatnya, jumlah transaksi jual beli atau sewa hartanah menurun dan sekali gus mengurangkan pendapatan ejen hartanah.
Ejen hartanah adalah individu diberi lesen oleh Lembaga Penilai Pentaksir & Ejen Hartanah (LPPEH) dalam menguruskan proses jual beli, sewaan atau pajakan hartanah. OPR lebih tinggi menyebabkan kos pinjaman menjadi lebih tinggi, sekali gus mengurangkan daya beli pembeli rumah dan mengakibatkan penurunan permintaan di pasaran hartanah.
