TECHNOLOGY has enabled us to obtain information easily.
However, easy access to information might lead to information overload, which in turn creates difficulties in communication.
As a result, you would not be able to share the desired information with the target audience effectively. Joe McCormack, founder of The Brief Lab, illustrated this situation perfectly when he said the more you say, the less people hear.
In this context, the importance of being brief in communication cannot be overstated. The ability to convey information succinctly has become a valuable skill that can enhance productivity, understanding and overall efficiency.
