Abstract
Road crashes in Malaysia remain a pressing issue with thousands of lives lost each year. While speeding, reckless driving and distracted motorists often dominate the conversation, there is one silent but deadly culprit that is rarely discussed: the failure to wear seat belts. Even worse, some drivers are actively bypassing safety measures by using dummy seat belt buckles, a dangerous trend that puts lives at risk.
