UiTM S’wak team in Taiwan for research attachment work

Abstract

KUCHING: A three-member team from the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak is now at the National Chung Cheng University (NCCU) in Taiwan for a research attachment work there. Their attachment under NCCU’s Department of Chemical Engineering was made possible following the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between both institutions, said a press statement from UiTM Sarawak. The team, led by UiTM academic staff member Dr Ang Chung Huap, has been in Taiwan since Jan 21 this year and is expected to return home this Feb 22. The undergraduates are Amni Saffa Rosezaid and Wan Nur Afini Wan Adlin, who are currently in their third-year Bachelor of Science (Hons) Chemistry Studies.
