ITM to take in 6,800 students for new session

SHAH ALAM, Fri. The Mara Institute of Technology (ITM) is offering 6,800 places for the 1988-89 academic session, including 2,478 in its main campus here.

An ITM spokesman said today that its branch campus in Sabah would be offering places to 214 students, Sarawak (401), Perlis (687), Terengganu (593), Johore (421), Malacca (368), Perak (837), Pahang (541) and Kelantan (260).

Registration for the new intake will be held tomorrow and
orientation week in the various campuses will be held simultaneously from June 26 to July 1. She said all new students have to participate in the orientation week to familiarise themselves with, among other things, the ITM rules and regulations. - Bernama.
