Their duty to serve

Abstract

Graduates from local institutions of higher learning should be compelled to serve as lectureers at these institutions for several years before being allowed to work.

This is the view of Institut Teknologi Mara director Nik Rashid Nik Abdul Majid who sees it as one way to deal with the problem of shortage of lecturers.
