Abstract
The new system of targeted subsidies is anchored by the comprehensive data platform known as the Central Database Hub (Padu), which aims to ensure that subsidies reach those who truly need them.
Padu collects and analyses data on citizen's income and liabilities with the aim of providing a more accurate picture of the financial realities faced by Malaysians.
