Abstract
Kuala Lumpur, Sat. - The director of Mara Institute of Technology, Encik Arshad Ayub, will be awarded an honorary Doctorate of Laws by Ohio University.
Speaking to newsmen today, an Ohio University professor, Dr. Roman F. Warmke, who is an economic consultant with MIT, said that Encik Arshad was cited by the university "for being an educational innovator" both in Malaysia and internationally.
