Abstract
PENDARAHAN selepas bersalin (PPH) antara penyumbang utama kematian ibu bersalin di seluruh dunia.
Usaha menangani isu itu penting kerana menurut Pertubuhan Kesihatan Sedunia (WHO), lebih 20 peratus kematian ibu bersalin setiap tahun adalah disebabkan PPH.
Setiap tahun, 14 juta wanita mengalami masalah pendarahan selepas bersalin di seluruh dunia.
Dianggarkan seorang wanita meninggal dunia akibat pendarahan selepas bersalin setiap enam minit.
