Abstract
Kesum adalah antara herba popular di kalangan masyarakat Malaysia yang sering menggunakannya rencah masakan tradisional khususnya laksa dan asam pedas. Jus kordial kesum adalah minuman kesihatan yang diadun menggunakan teknologi tinggi serta formulasi campuran herba tempatan bermutu seperti madu, lemon, bunga lawang dan cengkih yang direbus bersama daun kesum selama tiga hingga lima jam.
