Abstract
SHAH ALAM – Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) terus mengintegrasikan persekitaran kampus mesra alam menerusi lapan hentian bas berkuasa solar yang beroperasi bermula hari ini.
Projek kerjasama dengan Central Sugar Refinery Sdn. Bhd. (CSR) dan Jabatan Alam Sekitar (JAS) itu melibatkan penambahbaikan lapan perhentian bas di dalam UiTM Shah Alam.
Pengarah UiTM Green Centre, Prof. Madya Datin Dr. Arnis Asmat berkata, perancangan projek tersebut telah bermula sejak setahun lalu dengan lapan bas terpilih dilengkapi sistem solar untuk pencahayaan dan kemudahan pengecas peranti USB.
