Abstract
KUALA LUMPUR: University students believe that artificial intelligence (AI) programmes such as ChatGPT in their learning
environment help them garner ideas and solve tedious problems. This is contrary to some e ducationis t s’ views, who claim that
it may dull students’ cr it ic al thinking skills.Universiti Teknologi Mara student Muhammad Amirul Aiman Rosdi said AI helped him
tackle difficult assignments.
