An Indonesian halloween


Abstract

I recall vividly a scene from the Indonesian film Sundelbolong (1981) in which teh Sundelbolong a long haired ghost savoured 200 pieces of satay and sipped a bg pot of hot soup, as the camera gradually revealed the graping hole in her back exposing her rotting intestines and spine. In another film,Dukun Lintah (1982), a legion of killer leeches while commiting exaggerated sex acts and violence.
