And how many people can read and understand?又双叒叕 is an Internet term, pronounced "yòu shuāng ruò zhuó". The word emphasizes that something that happened before has happened again, or a certain event that happened often has happened again. It emphasizes that something happens frequently and happens again.
Its origin comes from a Weibo posted on the Asahi Shimbun’s Chinese website on the evening of December 17, 2012, “We are going to change the prime minister again.”
