Abstract
Di dunia sekarang ini, terdapat banyak ketidaksejajaran antara generasi dalam kehidupan yang semakin maju. Ekoran perbezaan generasi ini, strategi pemasaran juga perlu diberikan penekanan terbaharu bagi menarik perhatian setiap individu terlibat. Selain itu, strategi pemasaran pada era ini mempunyai cabaran yang harus diterima daripada generasi yang berbeza. Dunia kini mempunyai generasi Baby Boomer, X, Y, Z dan Alpha. Setiap generasi mempunyai tahap kemampuan teknologi berbeza dan saling memahami antara satu sama lain.
